Do I have to pre-book?

Pre-booking is essential. Session numbers are strictly limited to ensure a great experience, so we strongly recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.

Can I bring a buggy / pram?

Where possible we ask you to avoid bringing a buggy into the building to ensure clear walkways but understand this is not always possible. We do offer a pram store within the building, where owners can leave prams at their own risk.

Can I bring a picnic?

Unfortunately not. We have a fantastic café offering a great range of fresh local food and hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy. Please advise a member of the team about any dietary requirements.

What do I need to bring?

Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from our gift shop.

Do you charge for adults?

All child tickets include free entry for one adult. We charge for additional adults, up to a maximum of two additional adults, as we have to strictly limit numbers and want to ensure a quality experience for all of our visitors.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, Bear Town is wheelchair friendly with a level floor, wide doors and disabled toilets and static changing tables. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ahead of your visit so we can do all we can to ensure an enjoyable time with us.

do you offer free parking?

Yes, we have a large car park next to Bear Town.

What is your cancellation policy?

Pre-booked tickets are non-refundable. With a minimum of 48 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative available date. Please email info@beartown.co.uk with your preferred date. You can read our full Booking Terms & Conditions.

Coronavirus update
You must be symptom-free to visit Bear Town. If anyone in your group is displaying a temperature of 37.8 degrees, has a new cough, looks generally unwell, or is displaying any other signs associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) you will be asked not to attend for a period of 14 days self-isolation following the Department of Health England and government guidelines at present.

If anyone in your household has come into contact with a confirmed, positive case we ask that you do not visit Bear Town for 14 days since the day of contact.

We ask that all visitors adhere to the guidelines as set out by the government which may periodically change.

If post-visit anyone in your group receives a confirmed positive Coronavirus test result you must contact info@beartown.co.uk immediately advising of the date and time of your visit.

Please note: If government guidelines change all tickets are transferable to any later available date.

Do I have to wear a face mask?
As per current government guidelines, all adults are required to wear a face mask, unless exempt for medical reasons. Masks may be removed when eating or drinking in the cafe.
