WHAT AGE IS BEAR TOWN SUITABLE FOR?
To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old.
Children aged 8 and over will be refused entry.
Non-mobile babies under 12 months are FREE when accompanying a paid child ticket.
Do you charge for adults?
Everyone requires a ticket.
We strictly limit numbers for a more enjoyable visit for everyone.

Is there a bus stop near Bear Town?
The 1A bus route stops at the Merry Harriers, just a quick 2-minute walk away from Bear Town. Please check out the Stagecoach planner, for the latest timetable updates.
CAN I BRING A BIRTHDAY CAKE INTO BEAR TOWN?
We do not allow any external food to be brought into Bear Town.
We do offer a great selection of party packages, which include a whole host of magical birthday touches including a yummy birthday cake.
Whilst we are unable to offer a whole birthday cake for non-party bookings, you are of course welcome to purchase individual cake slices from our fantastic café.
If you have any allergy concerns, please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to help.
If your little one is celebrating their birthday at Bear Town, do mention this to the team at Reception who will give them a Bear Town birthday card and sticker.
What is your cancellation policy?
With a minimum of 48 hours notice we can transfer your booking to an alternative available date. Please email hello@beartown.co.uk with your preferred date. You can read our full booking terms and conditions on our Prices and Times page.
Do I have to pre-book?
CAN MY OLDER CHILD VISIT on an adult ticket?
We do not offer entry for children aged 8-17 years to ensure an enjoyable experience for our youngest visitors.

Can I bring my own food in?
Unfortunately not, this includes birthday cakes.
We have a fantastic café offering a great range of fresh local food and hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy. Bear Town Food Menu.
Please advise a member of the team about any specific dietary requirements.
What do I need to bring?
Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from our gift shop.
All lost property is kept on site for 14 days only.
