Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is essential. Session numbers are strictly limited to ensure a great experience, so we strongly recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
WHAT AGE IS BEAR TOWN SUITABLE FOR?
To ensure a safe and secure environment for our youngest explorers we limit the age of our child visitors to a maximum of 7 years old.
Children aged 8 and over will not be admitted to the town due to the suitability of the play environment.
Non-mobile babies under 12 months are FREE when accompanying a paid child ticket.
Do you charge for adults?
Everyone requires a ticket. We strictly limit numbers for a more enjoyable visit for everyone.
You can purchase up to two Adult tickets per paid child ticket, a maximum of two per transaction for Peak dates (Weekends and School Holidays) and up to three Adult tickets for Off Peak dates.
Adults are charged at £2.00 per ticket.
Can I bring a buggy / pram?
Where possible we ask you to avoid bringing a buggy into the building to ensure clear walkways but understand this is not always possible. We do offer a pram store within the building, where owners can leave prams at their own risk.
Can I bring my own food in?
Unfortunately not, this includes birthday cakes. We have a fantastic café offering a great range of fresh local food and hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy. Please advise a member of the team about any specific dietary requirements.
What do I need to bring?
Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from our gift shop.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, Bear Town is wheelchair friendly with a level floor, wide doors and disabled toilets and static changing tables. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ahead of your visit so we can do all we can to ensure an enjoyable time with us.
do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we do. Just click on this link and you can select the amount you would like to gift. If the recipient spends under the amount you gift, it remains as a balance they can use towards their next visit. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months and are sent by email.
Following the relaxation of Covid restrictions, we will continue with our current measures to protect both you, our visitors, and our staff.
