Do I have to pre-book?
Pre-booking is essential. Session numbers are strictly limited to ensure a great experience, so we strongly recommend early booking to avoid disappointment.
Can I bring a buggy / pram?
Where possible we ask you to avoid bringing a buggy into the building to ensure clear walkways but understand this is not always possible. We do offer a pram store within the building, where owners can leave prams at their own risk.
Can I bring a picnic?
Unfortunately not. We have a fantastic café offering a great range of fresh local food and hot and cold drinks for everyone to enjoy. Please advise a member of the team about any dietary requirements.
What do I need to bring?
Due to hygiene reasons please ensure you and your child wear socks in our play areas. If you forget we have a lovely selection of socks available to purchase from our gift shop.
Do you charge for adults?
All child tickets include free entry for one adult. Due to government guidelines we have a limited capacity and we are currently offering the opportunity to purchase one Additional Adult ticket with each Child and Accompanying Adult ticket.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, Bear Town is wheelchair friendly with a level floor, wide doors and disabled toilets and static changing tables. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us ahead of your visit so we can do all we can to ensure an enjoyable time with us.

Yes, we have a large car park next to Bear Town.
What is your cancellation policy?
If anyone in your household has come into contact with a confirmed, positive case we ask that you do not visit Bear Town for 14 days since the day of contact.
We ask that all visitors adhere to the guidelines as set out by the government which may periodically change.
If post-visit anyone in your group receives a confirmed positive Coronavirus test result you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately advising of the date and time of your visit.
Please note: If government guidelines change all tickets are transferable to any later available date.
